Luxe
Introduction & Project Overview
In this project, I led the design of Luxe, a web application offering a seamless B2B solution for booking limousine services. Luxe aims to simplify corporate travel management by providing companies with an intuitive platform to schedule, manage, and track limo services for their employees and clients. Designed with a focus on efficiency, user experience, and scalability, Luxe caters to the unique needs of businesses, ensuring a professional and hassle-free transportation experience.
The project involved close collaboration with stakeholders, including the product owner, project managers, and developers, to deliver a product that meets the high standards of the luxury transportation industry.

Problem Statement & Objectives
Traditional booking systems are clunky and inefficient, leading to frequent miscommunications, delays, and added administrative work. The lack of a streamlined solution for limo services results in a frustrating experience for both employees and clients. My goal was to design a modernized and digitalized solution that simplifies and enhances this process.
Objectives
Streamline Booking Processes: Create an intuitive platform that simplifies the scheduling and management of limo services for businesses.
Enhance User Experience: Design a user-friendly interface that minimizes administrative effort and reduces booking errors.
Improve Efficiency: Develop features that enable real-time tracking and automated notifications.
Ensure Scalability: Build a solution that can adapt to the varying needs of businesses of different sizes, ensuring long-term usability and growth.
02
Research & Discovery Phase
As the Product Designer for Luxe, I played a crucial role in the Discovery phase, the initial and foundational stage of the project. My primary focus during this phase was to deeply understand the users, their pain points, and the market landscape to inform the design direction.
The Research & Discovery phase revealed key insights into the challenges and needs of businesses in managing corporate transportation. Through user interviews, competitive analysis, technical feasibility study, user journey mapping and industry research, we identified several pain points:
Complex Booking Processes: Many companies rely on outdated systems or manual processes, leading to inefficiencies, scheduling conflicts, and increased administrative burden.
Lack of Transparency: Users expressed frustration with the lack of real-time updates and transparency in tracking limo services, often resulting in uncertainty and missed deadlines.
Inconsistent User Experience: Existing solutions often had clunky interfaces that were not user-friendly, contributing to errors and reducing overall satisfaction.
Scalability Concerns: Businesses of different sizes faced challenges in finding a solution that could scale with their growth, particularly when dealing with larger fleets or multiple bookings.
These findings informed the design strategy for Luxe, focusing on creating a streamlined, user-centric platform that addresses these specific challenges. The research emphasized the need for a modern, efficient system that not only simplifies the booking process but also provides transparency, reliability, and scalability, ultimately enhancing the overall user experience.

Visual Design
The design for the Luxe app is characterized by its minimal and modern aesthetic, emphasizing a clean and uncluttered interface that enhances functionality. With a focus on user-friendliness, the app provides an intuitive experience, making it easy for users to navigate and access features seamlessly. This approach ensures that users can efficiently manage their limo bookings without unnecessary complexity.
